Light glossy enamel with 3 polished silver free-form loops. The main enamelled detail has been textured with punches that show through the soft, pale sea enamel. Attractive, statement earrings. Length 80mm, dimensions 80x30x1mm.
The nature of the techniques used in making means each piece is unique and no two pieces are identical.
Inspired by the colours, patterns, reflections and shapes found on the wild coastline of Scotland.
The Tidal series features beautiful coastal colours in glossy enamels with textures visible beneath the surface.
Each piece is made by hand and marks are applied using traditional jewellery making techniques in a spontaneous and exploratory way.
Enamel is applied in the ancient technique of kiln firing to a high temperature.
Due to each piece being individually made by hand, no two are exactly the same.
